Jeff Clark has some keen insight into the strategy of how to confront the Lawfare operation within Main Justice, as well as how President Trump can navigate the process of ‘recess appointments’ against the likelihood of a reluctant Senate confirmation process. {Direct Rumble Link}. WATCH:

We have all been waiting SO long for “The Big Ugly” to actually happen…kind of afraid to get my hopes up but it does feel like there is something in the air, doesn’t it?
And just a touch frightening, sis.
We are entering darker waters now.
I know we all are asking for the continuing divine protection which Almighty God has blessed President Trump with throughout his righteous campaign 🙏🏻
Yes, I do not mean it lightly when I say that there is something in the air…
“For our struggle is not against flesh and blood, but against the rulers, against the authorities, against the powers of this dark world and against the spiritual forces of evil in the heavenly realms.” Ephesians 6:12
I know you don’t, Mom.
You and I and all our friends in this Tree are clear eyed about this spiritual war.
We celebrate and take pleasure in seeing that justice…true justice…is on the cusp of being served. Yet we remain watchful and wary.
Their whole house of depraved cards is collapsing.
We know who the enemy is, as you so rightly note through Ephesians.
There is definitely something in the air we can all feel. A comeuppance long overdue, and it is truly glorious to see it finally happening.
Amin Amen.
Some may call me stoopid for this. I told my wife that I believe that people are so optimistic about the future after DJT was elected they are putting up their Christmas lights, etc. out early. We are all happy and this season of happiness is being extended to share with all.
Here you go folks…read for yourself. Cornell Law (preeminent nonpartisan Constitutional scholars) specifically site Constitutional provisions Jeff Clark discussed with Bannon. Spread this far and wide.
‘ In Article I, Section 4, Clause 2, the Framers stipulated when Congress would assemble and begin conducting its official business. In Article I, Section 5, Clause 4, the Framers gave the two chambers of Congress—the House of Representatives and the Senate—authority to adjourn. The House and Senate can use this power independent of each other subject to the requirement that if one Chamber wants to adjourn for more than three days, it requires the other’s consent. If the two houses cannot agree to adjourn, the Constitution gives the President power to adjourn them. Article II, Section 3, provides in part “in Case of Disagreement between [the House of Representatives and the Senate], with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, [the President] may adjourn them, to such Time as he shall think proper.” ‘
There’s symbology in Trump parading his team which included Spkr Johnson through Madison Square Garden. Trump will bare knuckle the McConnell legacy into the grave where it belongs. FIGHT, FIGHT, FIGHT and WIN.
Thanks total-_dis, that is awesome info.
People in the DC suburbs seem spooked.
Lovely, they have been part of the abuse of government and the taxpayers.
Chickens are coming home to roost.
Thats because some people in dc suburbs are spooks working for the intel agencies.
Some? LOL. Working from home for the last four years and having to go back to the office, plus their commute has many sh*tting their pantaloons. The ride has been over for many years now. Imagine not having to show up for work other than on a computer?
Biggest scam ever.
Not a one of them will resign, but whine more about how tiresome it is to show up for their work. I have no pity on anyone.
I had an hour and 1/2 commute every day one way for 5 years. I survived and so did my 2005 Prius. We are on the 330,000 plus mile odometer reading.
When the people fear the government, there is tyranny. When the government fears the people, there is liberty. It certainly appears the tyrants now fear the people.
That unseen “monster” is out here in the dark, making its way to suddenly devour The Blob on that approaching Day of Reckoning. The
Not all of them. I live on the MD side, in PG.
At what VENUE?
A DC jury ain’t convicting Democrats.
Florida? Did any illegal behavior happen in Texas?
Venue for the Mar-a-Lago case lies in SDFL which covers Miami, West Palm Beach and Fort Pierce!
FL, possibly. TX, probably not.
Think bigger.
Venue does lie in Texas for anyone aiding and abetting illegal immigrants, or trafficking children. Or taking bribes in Texas from the cartels. I’m guessing a good third of Texas congressmen are on the cartel payrolls. We KNOW the alleged winner of the Arizona Senate race is on the cartel payroll. We KNOW there are a whole raft of Pennsylvania election officials blatantly cheating in federal elections.
We are hyper focused on DC, and the Yates, McCord crew. Expand and zoom out.
The whole damned country is a crime scene.
Washington has definitely infected Texas some Texas politicians…but we’re a big state…and definitely phelan….errrr….feeling…a bit abused by some of our politicians.
We won’t be feeling the phelan next time around.
Thats a dade end for sure.
Ditto. Shades of Rush Limbaugh.😉
Why did Harris shut down California’s BNE?
New York Post: “California’s BNE was formed in 1927 and was the oldest drug enforcement agency in the country.”
“Its shuttering left the most populous state without its premier anti-drug and anti-gang fighting force, in the same year the fentanyl epidemic first rose to prominence.
“BNE was incredibly important in the fight against cartel and traffickers,” Steve Cooley, the second-longest-serving DA in Los Angeles County, told The Post.”
Jerry Brown may have had a hand in the shutdown. Why?
https://nypost.com/2024/10/24/us-news/kamala-harris-is-the-original-defunder-of-the-police-ex-cops/
Yup. The whole damned country. So true.
And yet, “We caught them all. We caught the swamp. Let’s see what happens.”
It is in fact a battle of Good vs evil.
And those breaking the law in PA are bragging about it. Making videos. They do think they are untouchable. California is doing the same as PA, Chen is now behind after two weeks of extra counting. I’m sure they stop in California as soon as the no recount % is reached.
Here Here!
Military Tribunals then a moving van to Guantanamo Bay.
My two cents…thing Mike Flynn, think what they have put Trump through for the last six years or more. As the saying goes, the process is the punishment. If they can get a bunch of these criminals indicted and in court, hopefully they can tie them up in the process for years and break them with legal expenses, just as they did with Flynn and others. Even if they never get convicted the prosecution would be punishment enough.
Wow the sweet smell in the air tonight! Or is that my warm up bucket of popcorn? I have enough jars of popcorn to last a long long time, LOL!
“But I was there and I saw what you did, I saw it with my own two eyes.
So you can wipe off that grin, I know where you’ve been, it’s all been a pack of lies”.
Love that song. Seems like I’ve been feeling something in the air for so long now. It’s just who I am. Thank you for the reminder that there is actually a song I love about this feeling. Thank you! I am practicing the “Trump Dance”
“kind of afraid to get my hopes up”
Don’t.
Just because Trump was elected, a “mere president” these days when it comes to doing anything negatively and sustainably effective against The Blob, doesn’t mean the incredibly complex interlinked corruption of the system stretching internationally where trillions are at stake is going to feel him to be anything more than a speed bump. If he had dictatorial powers or even just the powers of Javier Milei of Argentina it would be a different story.
Even if he used his veto power (which DOESN’T include line item veto power by design) to bring the fedgov to a standstill with any bill that didn’t follow his will, with far too many in our propagandized political idiocracy like the 71 million useful idiots who voted for the Marxist/Maoist duo with many others mostly just voting their pocketbooks, that would be political suicide for the Republican phony opposition party, you know, that party where only 20 stood up in the House speaker conflict just to get Johnson. BTW, how did HE turn out?
ANOTHER great song from Genesis!! My husband and I had just started dating when Abacab came out and we listened to it (on cassette) every week while we drove up to go skiing…so many wonderful memories!
So good to see President Trump unchained. During his 4 years in the wilderness he learned much. He knows now the true power of the presidency, he isn’t going to be afraid to use it this time around. And … silver lining … he’s returning to the White House with a significant MAGA caucus in both chambers of Congress. Something he wouldn’t have had in 2021.
Bonus: Biden/Harris finally showed the country just how bad Democrats are at governing.
The future’s so bright I gotta wear shades!
SO.MUCH. WINNING!!!
With the biggest Mandate in ages!!
Take out the cheating and he may have beat Reagan vs Mondale.
And/or simply require photo voter id in the states he did not “win”… it would
be very interesting to see those numbers.
No ID is cheating by definition, but I hear you.
This Oregonian absolutely agrees.
Also eliminate all voting machines, mail in and ranked choice voting they are unconstitutional. Watch California, Oregon and Washington change drastically when their primary tool for cheating is eliminated the results would be different.
IIRC DJT won everywhere ID was required to vote.
Now of coarse correlation does not imply causation…. /s LOL!
Reagan vs mondull.😂
Unfortunately, even MAGA sees “the mandate” as being the “popular vote”, which has never matters. The RINOs are adopting the language and ideology of the Left. Dumb as schitt.
…no Paul Ryan (spit) is a huge advantage
Paul Ryan was directly responsible for preventing any bills dealing with 2nd Amendment issues from being brought up for a vote in the House.
There were two bills pending for concealed carry license reciprocity. So like driver’s licenses, a CCL would be valid in all states.
There was also SAGA, the Second Amendment Guarantee Act. It was written by a Buffalo, NY attorney and sponsored by Chris Collins (R-NY). The purpose of that bill was to eliminate the patchwork of restrictions in state laws regarding magazine capacity, cosmetic appearances (i.e. pistol grips, thumbhole stocks), etc.
When SAGA did not get moved, we here in WNY pressed for an answer. Eventually we were told by someone near the top of Ryan’s staff that “2nd Amendment issues are not high on the list of the Speakers’ priorities”.
IMO the leaders of the House and Senate have too much power. Ditto at the state level. At least here in NY.
Remindes me of this:
A Hazy Shade of Winter” was released on Simon & Garfunkel’s 1966 album, “Sounds of Silence.” The album came at a time when the country was in transition between two different eras, characterized by political unrest and constant social change.
For any youngins who don’t know this song…

I wish Bannon hadn’t interrupted him so much.
I like that Steve does ‘interrupt’…. he is very good at making sure as best he can, that his viewers completely understand what his guests are saying.
Maybe if Steve had not consistently interrupted Jeff he wouldn’t need to help his viewers completely understand because they would have completely understood what Jeff was saying had he not been interrupted so much.
I don’t watch Steve but if that’s his style of interviewing I’ll pass.
Haven’t heard much from Jeffery for…years….
I wonder why…could it be shame?
You obviously do not know where to look. Your remarks reflect your complete and utter stupidity.
What a shame to encounter online opiners who still believe that they == everyone ie that they determine reality.
Fortunately, those who sincerely seek quickly find.
Unfortunately, those who Jesus described as having ears that don’t hear truly aka those with Ears Wide Shut (h/t Kubrick) falsely believe there’s no need to seek.
These poor souls inspire bemused empathetic chuckles and heartfelt prayers.
#MAHA
Understood but not completely.😳
Bravo, sir! My thoughts exactly.
This time Steve was to the extreme. I like his show, but with this interview his was annoying. He took away info from his quest.
Bannon’s SOP. He needs some humility.
No he isn’t interested in merely clarifying & amplifying his guests’ thoughts. He’s not interested in any point his more knowledgeable guests might make. He’s only interested that they make & reinforce HIS POINT.
Interrupts very important pounts his guests make. Makes me nuts.
Holda-Holda-Holda… Hold on.
He wasn’t interrupting him in jail. You may prefer Natalie Winter’s style. fwiw
Jeff Clark Breaks Down The Ethical Violation Involving Liz Cheney And Cassidy Hutchinson
https://rumble.com/v5iy76z-jeff-clark-breaks-down-the-ethical-violation-involving-liz-cheney-and-cassi.html
Same. I just read “Brief: On the Article II Recess Appointments Clause”, by Jeff Clark & Anthony Licata, 11-17-24, on The Center for Renewing America site.
It would have been nice to give Mr. Clark 10 minutes to discuss it and give examples.
I appreciate Bannon’s fervor and loyalty. Not my cup of tea when it comes to interviewing, though. I much prefer letting the guest speak, like Mark Levin does on his weekend TV show.
So apparently more woman are coming out of the woodwork accusing Gaetz , this is what the democrats do , they pay people to falsely accuse candidates they’re terrified of .
Yes, they continue to pull this same card like all the others over and over again. It is so obvious!
Elon, let us look at the fund these crooks used to pay off charges of abuse
“Me too” has always been a ridiculous concept. Talk about a witch hunt! Gimme a break!
What happened to all those women in 2016 who claimed Trump sexually assaulted them?? There were 8 or 9 at one point. The press memory holed them bc they were all liars and their stories didn’t hold up.
Nobody cares because nobody believes it. They’ve gone to this well too many times and it’s run dry.
Democrats paid those woman 750K according to people who know a lot more than I do . Blassy Ford got 3 something million to falsely accuse Kavanaugh .
Yeah, that’s another good point. They can no longer even find women who are believable anymore. All they’ve got are the crazy eyes types like Blasey-Ford and E. Jean Carroll.
Plus kalmulla.🦨
A woman of the wood cut a deal.
Kavanaugh.
One of the most memorable public events of the Clinton – Lewinsky scandal was when the top brass of the feminist movement got together to assure America that keeping Clinton in office was more important than punishing him for the sexual harassment he had manifestly committed.
That was the day I stopped paying any attention to what people who called themselves ‘feminists’ had to say.
That was the day I stopped paying any attention to what people who called themselves ‘feminists’ had to say.
Me too!
😉
Yeah, those were the people who outed Weinstein in Hollywood so quickly…
Oh, wait.
Sure, they spread the money around, but remember, plenty of GOP don’t want Gaetz either.
They know their next up.😡
How ’bout someone (when they get in there) expose the whole long dirty laundry list of the Congressional animals who have used that fund for paying off all their sexual allegations to keep it quiet!
Two should be able to play this game!
Another great task for DOGE.
Women of thw deepstate wood. Clarsnce Thomas style.👀
I don’t get the problem with having sex with a 17 year old. Since when is that a crime? That was the age of consent way way way back when I was in high school.
H321, didn’t Californica just change it to 12 a few years back?
Her father probably has a big problem with it.
These sexual accusations aka political assassination attempts will continue to be used until they stop working.
Notice these tactics do NOT work on Democrats any more.
Notice these tactics still work with normies who still allow themselves to be programmed by Establishment CONservative Media.
Thankfully DJT has been helping people learn how to reject these piety politicing pharisees for 9 + years.
Gaetz == a hugely consequential diagnostic test; a test I pray we all pass with flying red, white and blue MAGA colors.
This is exactly what I’ve been commenting on for several days now, Article 2, Section 3.
But I can’t believe this guy who is a lawyer is using the incorrect term of ‘recess’ when it is called Adjournment if the POTUS intervenes.
The secret weapon!
And while I realize that many like Bannon and have sympathy for him, his constant interruptions and running his mouth saying nothing and interrupting his quests when they’re trying to explain annoys me almost as bad as Hannity.
I just don’t understand why when he asks a question, he can’t just STFU and let them.answer.
I can watch neither Bannon nor Hannity for that very reason. And so many other talking heads, too. Infuriating.
<And so many other talking heads, too.>
Same as it ever was 🙂
But far from only once in a lifetime.
W & M appearing nightly…
Don’t forget to tip the waiters & waitresses 🙂
Try the veal!
Just watching the days go by…..
I’m here all week!
And where is this lovely couple from? (Points 🎤)
(You know you’re all making me want to go rewatch High Anxiety.)
They may as well have ‘pet rocks’ as guests because they run their mouths and the guests are just props.
People like Bannon don’t come in tidy packages. Been a fan for 13 years, since he took over Breitbart in 2012.
He’s his own man, very intelligent, independent, strategic, a Renaissance Man, stubborn, fearless. Men like that don’t come in tidy packages, they’re messy.
Love him and hate him.
I have no problem with it. He is looking for certain specifics.
Agree. Many of us are likely not as highly? ‘eddicate’d as others.
Narcissists?
Prison twitch. His Producer should be telling him to STFU.
It’s like Tourette’s with him
Whats is your wallet?😏
Its a gift.
It’s not easy pulling a country back into the framers intent.
VSGGEPDJT is literally writing the book on Restoring a Republic.
It will be studied for all time.
Very clever! Thanks.
no, it isn’t! I think Trump got bad advice on term limits. the Koch brothers and (strange alliance) Soros have been pushing term limits for years! No one seems to know what damage ONE lame duck can do—much less a whole gang at once! the founders wanted the Ballot Box to be term limits! Besides, we like to keep our good constitutional legislators. Voters are hamstrung with term limits. Before they even THINK about term limits, they need to Outlaw lobbyists and under the table payments in the form of campaign donations and bribes. A bunch of lame ducks who dont even have to face constituents can do a lot of damage. suck the money out of it first!
Perhaps one of the constitutional limits that can be done is a limitation on Lame Duck laws that can be passed by the party voted out of power
No CRs or Omnibuses, or prohibitions on such if any CR passed after 9/30 (unless fully appropriated prior to 9/30), no spending bills passed in that period.
Anotherwards, no fiscal, emergency, or other laws passed after the close of such fiscal year. IOW, NO MONEY SPENT OR ALLOCATED AT ALL.

They aren’t revenge prosecutions it’s simply Justice for over the top lawbreaking that the current administration refuses to do anything about .
Concur and we should be very careful to describe it as such. The MSM will run with revenge prosecutions. As Trump said, the revenge is being successful in making America great.
However, serious crimes were possibly committed, and they need to be investigated and properly prosecuted. America cannot be great without a fair and unbiased justice system that upholds the law.
Sort of like republics have….
It’s time. Time to clean house. Time to stop the political weaponization of law enforcement and of courts.
Thank you for putting the Rumble link. I can’t see anything on YouTube any more because they want me to have an account and sign in to it. When I try to sign in, they want a Google account. I’ve gotten rid of Google on my computer as much as I can.

LII U.S. Constitution Annotated Article I. Legislative Branch
Section V Clause IV
Adjournment of Congress
ArtI.S5.C4.1 Adjournment of Congress
Article I, Section 5, Clause 4:
Neither House, during the Session of Congress, shall, without the Consent of the other, adjourn for more than three days, nor to any other Place than that in which the two Houses shall be sitting.
In Article I, Section 4, Clause 2, the Framers stipulated when Congress would assemble and begin conducting its official business.1
In Article I, Section 5, Clause 4, the Framers gave the two chambers of Congress—the House of Representatives and the Senate—authority to adjourn.2
The House and Senate can use this power independent of each other subject to the requirement that if one Chamber wants to adjourn for more than three days, it requires the other’s consent.3
If the two houses cannot agree to adjourn, the Constitution gives the President power to adjourn them.4
Article II, Section 3, provides in part “in Case of Disagreement between [the House of Representatives and the Senate], with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, [the President] may adjourn them, to such Time as he shall think proper.”5
https://www.law.cornell.edu/constitutionon-conan/article-1/section-5/clause-4/adjournment-of-congress
Senate won’t adjourn. They can ignore the House request and gavel in staying out of recess. Obama faced this same problem.
☝️
The Senate can ignore the
House.
How does the Senate ignore the Constitution?
in Case of Disagreement between [the House of Representatives and the Senate], with Respect to the Time of Adjournment, [the President] may adjourn them, to such Time as he shall think proper.”5
He keeps ignoring that part. The more people that understand Article 2, Section 3, the less gas-lighting they can do. I have posted it every day on X and Truth. I also post the following because of all of the Governors and Mayors promising to imeped deportation efforts:

Then all Johnson has to do is disagree.
Easy peasy, pumpkin squezzy. This is all just nonsense for the sake of nonesens.
“President Obama made 32 recess appointments, all to full-time positions. During his presidency, President William J. Clinton made 139 recess appointments, 95 to full-time positions and 44 to part-time positions. President George W. Bush made 171 recess appointments, 99 to full-time positions and 72 to part-time positions.”
https://www.everycrsreport.com/reports/R42329.html
Zero?
As I understand it, this is a better example of how this works than the one provided by Jeff Clark…
The House & Senate are siblings living in the same home. They are playing in Sibling #1 room. Sibling #2 states let’s go play in my room instead. Sibling #1 declines to do so & an argument breaks out between the two. Their parent (POTUS) hears the disagreement & walks in & makes the decision for them.
As it relates to Congress, Thune can choose to not adjourn or place the Senate in recess for all 4 years, as McConnell did, but Speaker Johnson can decide both houses need to be recessed due to any number of reasons. Typically, the longest period during the year is in August. Johnson can state the importance of Recess for both bodies in order to return members back to their districts for the 2026 midterms. If Thune disagrees then Johnson can also….TA-DA PDJT steps in & gets everybody in.
Because of Obama using it, the SC made law, that instead of 3 days, has to be at least 10.
Kudos for posting curiousity inspring questions.
As PDJT famously advises, “stay tuned to find out” and in the meantime pitch in to help out.
Art II/3:
“he may, on extraordinary occasions, convene both Houses, or either of them, and in case of disagreement between them, with respect to the time of adjournment, he may adjourn them to such time as he shall think proper;”
Fascinating stuff! Thanks Sundance, and Bannon.
The DC swamp and corrupt lawfare operatives, were convinced the real President Trump was not going to win the election. To see him win so decisively, has got all of them unsure of what to expect. The fear of recess appointments, is weighing heavily on their collective corrupt minds.
I’d like to see the stats on Xanax sales in the DC area…
Over the past several years, the author of ‘The Art of the Deal’ overcame relentless attacks and the Dem’s art of the steal in 2020 by coming back bigger and better than ever in 2024! Why would any of us believe he won’t overcome this too?
In the 1982 film, The Verdict, Frank Galvin says to the jury, “…act as if ye have faith and faith will be given to you!”
This is a moment to remind ourselves that we must have faith in our President-elect, to remember that Trump never, ever, EVER gives up! The Deep State tried to kill him, to put him in prison, to steal his fortune and ruin him…and they failed!
And just as sure as God made little green apples, the Deep State will fail again, because these cabinet level negotiations are in President Trump’s wheelhouse and we all may be sure that he will use whatever combination of the Federal Vacancies Reform Act, Executive 10 day Congressional recesses and his immense persuasive powers to get ALL of his nominations through the Senate…one way or the other!
With all due respect to Frank Galvin, I don’t have to act as though I have faith in Trump…because I already have it!

Furthermore, I consider that the Derp State MUST be destroyed!!
Defending against the lawfare issue must be dealt with as the action of a hostile entity and I am sure good people are all over it….
But my primary focus is how will the perpetrators of the lawfare be brought to justice for their misdeeds?
What has been done to PDJT and his supporters must never happen to anyone in the USA again…political persecution has no place in a republic nor does malicious prosecution.

There should be mandatory recesses then, if they are going to play this absurd game.
“There should be mandatory recesses”
There kinda is, it occurs in August. In a real way, the Senate Majority Leader actually has to go out of their way to keep the senate in session. Just another example of how antagonistic McConnell was to PDJT.

Clark has it all laid out in some articles. Several pathways for Gaetz. Interesting Trump and Gaetz are reportedly phoning and counting votes. Wonder how their strategy is shaping up.
This poem fits so well with our Pres. Trump and his appointees:
It Couldn’t Be Done by Edgar Guest (1881-1959)
Somebody said that it couldn’t be done
But he, with a chuckle, replied,
That “maybe it couldn’t,” but he would be one
Who wouldn’t say so till he’d tried.
So he buckled right in with the trace of a grin
On his face. If he worried, he hid it.
He started to sing as he tackled the thing
That couldn’t be done, and he did it!
There are two more stanzas, but this sums up
the gist of what we need to know.
Keep your chin up.
Almighty God and President Trump have this!
I love Edgar Guest.
I continue to be reminded of the multiple attempts Edison made at the light bulb before it worked.
Persistence.
This is all just nonsense for the sake of nonsense, just because it’s PDJT. See below…

“Lawfare is too soft a term.” – Jeff Clark
So Barr may have to pay the piper?
Oh. Not just for that.
There’s plenty more where Barr is concerned.
Recess appointments. Why? Well, if we can put aside all the party vs party bickering for a moment, we need to remember what these “appointments” are. The President, as Chief Executive, is responsible for one third of the Federal Government. He has a job to do, and with that a requirement that the departments he oversees are properly staffed so they may perform their required tasks.
We, who elected this government to work for us, have an expectation that our government is fully functional. Playing games with the President’s ability to fill required positions is an affront to the people as much as, if not more than, to the President.
As the struggle to fill positions continues, I am inclined to wonder; what if. What if the position doesn’t get filled. Does that mean that, well, maybe the position might not be all that necessary to begin with? We’ve been hearing quite a bit of late about government excess, and that we need to shrink the size of the Federal government. Elon Musk and Vivek Ramaswamy will soon be tasked with exploring where and how cuts could be made. Well, how about this; If there is no immediate need to confirm the head of a particular department, then maybe we should seriously consider eliminating that department?

“But as no government could discharge its duties to the best advantage of its citizens, if its agents were in a regular course of thwarting instead of executing all its measures, and were employing the patronage and influence of their offices against the government and its measures, I have only requested they would be quiet, and they should be safe;
“That if their conscience urges them to take an active and zealous part in opposition, it ought also to urge them to retire from a post which they could not conscientiously conduct with fidelity to the trust reposed in them; and on failure to retire, I have removed them; that is to say, those who maintained an active and zealous opposition to the government.”
–Thomas Jefferson to John Page, 1807
That got thrown out with the election of Jackson.
Just keep in mind Trump won’t be around forever; a power exercised for good can likewise be exercised for evil.
Call to arm was made yesterday for obstruction.

Wait a second….. If we have three well defined, independent branches of government, why does the Senate have a “VETO” over who staffs the Executive branch? I can interpret the Senate’s Advice and Consent role to an opinion function vs a veto function. Just because the Senate doesn’t agree on the qualifications of a nominee shouldn’t mean that nominee can’t assume the role. If the vote against is 70 to 30, I think the President would be wise to reconsider his nominee. But if it is 51 to 49? I think America is going to get an education in the US Constitution.
Has always been this way, or you would have Justice Garland right now. You can have you interpretation, but it’s only that.
Justice Story, Commentaries on the Constitution:
“Sec. 1525. Happily, this difficult task has been achieved by the constitution. The president is to nominate, and thereby has the sole power to select for office; but his nomination cannot confer office, unless approved by a majority of the senate. His responsibility and theirs is thus complete, and distinct. He can never be compelled to yield to their appointment of a man unfit for office; and, on the other hand, they may withhold their advice and consent from any candidate, who in their judgment does not possess due qualifications for office. Thus, no serious abuse of the power can take place without the cooperation of two coordinate branches, of the government, acting in distinct spheres;”
Contrast Jeff clark with the Supreme Court (Pronouns ‘it/thing) who couldn’t define what a woman is.
McConnell has already said that, just like in 2017, there won’t be any recess appointments allowed. Thune, a 100% Blob character according Mike Benz. wouldn’t allow that it either despite what he’s spewing now.
And it begins, “six ways from Sunday.” Besides enough of the MAJORITY RINOs in the Senate simply voting nay to overcome their puny (by design) slim majority there, I’m sure they can find something within RFK Jr.’s sex life, too.

Haven’t seen “The Big Ugly” wrecking ball for a while.
I thought it came to be associated with the “Q” nonsense.
I believe the Big Ugly was always a sundancism, though I could be wrong.
And when he posts it, it’s well to take heed of what he’s saying.
For those who might be concerned that Democrats could use this tactic in the future, don’t fret. Republicans never stand up to Democrat nominees and Democrats always get who they want.
It’s an interesting situation. President Trump as a human knows his time is limited. He’s lived a life of privilege and then of sacrifice. As the founders did. Many came from a well off background and literally put their life and reputations on the line.
Does his family and everyone around him have the same resolve to continue the fight?
If they do then go balls to the wall on the traitors. If only we could treat the traitors the same way they treated the patriots of our past…
The British tried to take us out still knowing the fight that would come. They lost but still those that fought for us were punished…
